Kim Richmond McLaren is an experienced business professional with over 10 years experience working with Standard Life Assurance Company and The Royal Bank of Scotland. She has extensive change management experience where she has successfully demonstrated a strategic approach to the design and implementation of global change programmes.
Her structured approach and clear thinking has ensured that she excels within any fast paced environment. She is a proactive and creative individual who demonstrates her true potential when faced with the "impossible". She has a clear focus on delivering quality output and has an ability to analyse complex information and articulate this in a clear and simple manner.

Kim is originally from South Africa and moved to Edinburgh after successfully achieving her BSS in Economics and Organisational Psychology. She also holds an MSc in Tourism Management as well as a number of other professional qualifications.
