Claire wishes to develop the benefits of value driven positive leadership and to enable clients and companies to excel under pressure and develop talent accordingly by building solid relationships and understand every enterprises needs for leadership within the global economy.

She also spent 3 years working for a not for profit sports charity, including the development and launch of a cultural change programme, from Stanford University. She also developed and managed unique private/ public ventures in mental skills development, business sport coaching programmes. She has excellent interpersonal skills, inspired thinking and is opportunity driven to achieve the desired outcomes in whatever she does.

She is a top level golfer and hopes to utilise the lessons of business and sport to enable others to succeed and build their own businesses using the network and experiences from the Saltire Fellowship. She wishes to lead and be part of sea change within Scotland to build a lasting sustainable stream of entrepreneurial innovation and action which allow the country to thrive again.
