Our Vision

The Saltire Foundation exists to find, fuel and spark Scotland's human potential, in turn creating our next generation of business leaders.

We offer three world class programmes:

1. The Saltire Fellowship Programme - A one year programme aimed at entrepreneurs with a few years business experience.

2. Undergraduate Scholar Programme - An 8 week internship with a company of global scale.

3. The Saltire Alumni Programme - A life-long support network made up of our Fellow and Scholar Alumni.

Our vision is that, within 5 years, a cadre of over 500 Saltire alumni will be playing their role in the success of global Scottish businesses.
